I have one of the old i530 yellow and black Motorola phones. I want to upgrade and was looking to buy a phone online. I still want to keep the “chirp” or whatever it’s called feature. How will I know which phones are compatible with that card? I would like a camera phone, but am not sure what to buy.

I’m planning on renewing my t mobile contract that will be ending next week, I was wondering if anyone knew about any good deals on phones? I’m thinking spending $50-70. We have a one year contract looking to renew it for another year. We have the family plan w/ 5 lines, 1000 minutes at 69.99 + $10/additional line. We’re also thinking aobut adding an unlimited texting plan to the plan >.

I really like the prepaid plans, but I think the phones themselves are lacking, compared to the blackberry or the iphone. I live in the United States. Are there any other phones, besides those featured on the website, that use the Virgin mobile prepaid service?

I’m looking at phones for american providers. Mainly T-Mobile. So far nobody has been really up to the task to pose some competition for the iPhone and I don’t know why. I also do not understand why the providers sell so many cell phones so unbelievably expensive if they want to to get a contract with them. The Blackberry Pearl 8120 for instance costs $250 at AT&T with a 2 year service agreement. And I don’t even like it that much.
