Why can’t I call my T-Mobile phone from my house phone?

By admin

thebolivianrock asked:

Whenever I try to call my new T-Mobile cell phone from my house phone I get a message saying that I can’t make that call because it’s a long distance call. The two phones are in the same area code and I bought my phone locally.
I already called T-mobile and got told to call my local phone company but they told me to call T-Mobile.
